We love kids, but to help keep the celebration comfortable for all guests our ceremony and reception will be adults-only. Only our nieces and nephews will be present.

We’ve reserved plus-ones for guests who were invited with them; if your invitation includes a plus-one, please RSVP for both people. If your invite does not list a plus-one and you’d like to request one, please contact Nicole or Lucas.

Yes — we’ll have an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception. Standard beer, wine, and a selection of cocktails will be available; non-alcoholic options will also be provided.

Yes — there will be a bus departing from DoubleTree by Hilton located at 1550 Princess Street at 1:30 PM on Saturday, August 22, 2026. The bus will return from the venue to Kingston with departure at 11:30 PM. If you will be late and need the bus to wait, please contact David McCance at 613-329-1551 or Rachel Lavender at 613-305-4878.

We suggest semi-formal summer attire. For the ceremony think dressy but comfortable: sundresses or midi dresses, dress pants or chinos with button-ups, and lightweight blazers or jackets. Comfortable shoes are recommended—the venue has some outdoor areas.

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at DoubleTree by Hilton Kingston located at 1550 Princess Street, Kingston ON.

We’re grateful for your generosity — your presence is the greatest gift. If you’d like to contribute toward our honeymoon, we would love a contribution towards our honeymoon.

We kindly ask guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture the moments, and we invite you to be fully present—there will be time for photos with the couple after the ceremony during cocktail hour. Feel free to share any photos you take at the reception.

Yes — we will offer a late-night taco bar during the reception.
